Trevanion Hugo, Duluth Mayor from 1900-1905, was noted for his activities in multiple civic organizations in which he rose to be a national leader.  Centerville  Station was a refueling stop for the Superior & Mississippi Railroad and was renamed Hugo when they incorporated in 1906 in his honor.  Zenith Web Site
