Actor Tommy Cook was born in Duluth in 1930 and spent the first 6 years of his life here.  Went on to California and became the actor Little Beaver in the 12 part series 'The Adventures of Red Ryder' in 1940 and did the same role on the radio show from 1942-45.  Played other roles including a Tarzan movie in 1946.  He had many other roles but never made 'stardom' as an adult actor.  Zenith Web Site
