 West Duluth Village Hall held it's last council meeting in December 1893. Â West Duluth was annexed by Duluth in January 1894. The building located at 531 Central Ave. continued to be used as a jail, fire hall, Buick dealership,Waien Brothers Garage, and after remodeling which took off the top floors as a location for Twin Ports Vending in 1975.
