 Denfeld Graduate Dorothy Arnolding Olson graduated from Denfeld in 1935.  She changed her name to Dorothy Arnold and was a singer for NBC in N.Y. and then signed a contract with Universal Studios and had various acting roles.  She met Joe DiMaggio in 1937 and they were married in 1939.  Their son Joe DiMaggio III was born in 1941.  The couple was divorced in 1944.  Dorothy died in 1984 and her son died in 1999.
