Fitger's was saved during prohibition (1920 - 1933) by selling this Silver Spray sparkling beverage which mixed well with bathtub gin and bootleg whiskey.  Also had non-alcoholic beer named 'Pickwick' which was served in the current restaurant that still bears the name. Zenith web site & others
