Dorthey O'Kash was born above the Blue Moon bar ,which was owned by her parents, in 1917.  Sang in the fancy night clubs in New York during the 1940's and 50's under the name Dorthey Blaine. 'She lived a life of glamour rubbing elbow with the likes of Jackie Gleason, Dean Martin, Frank Sinatra and others.' She died in Superior in 2015 at the age of 98. Zenith Web Site.
